RCMTS-250 series stages have carriage with 250 mm x 250mm size fixed to four re-circulating bearing blocks. Vertical load capacity is more than 200kg. Dust protection bellows are standard feature. Travel in standard models ranges from 100 mm to 500 mm. Stepper motors used are of 56 mm frame size.
Re-circulating type ball bearing guide ways are used for stick-slip free and play less linear motion. Back-lash is minimized by preloading the lead screw-nut assembly. XY and XYZ configurations can be assembled by using two or more single axes stages with the use of accessories like base plates and angle brackets. Limit switches are used at both ends for home and far end location.
