These stages are available up to a travel of 250 mm. Width of the stage is 75 mm and height 50 mm. Electrical actuator is stepper motor with 42 mm frame size. Re-circulating type ball bearing guide ways are used for stick-slip free and play less linear motion. Back-lash is minimized by preloading the lead screw-nut assembly. XY and XYZ configurations can be assembled by using two or more single axes stages with the use of accessories like base plates and angle brackets. Limit switches are used at both ends for home and far end location.
