TS 50 series translation stages from Holmarc are suitable for single axis positioning of post mountable components such as lenses as well as for assembling multi-axes configurations. These stages have M4 mounting holes on top and bottom and have a footprint of 50 mm x 50 mm without micrometer and holder. The use of balls as rolling elements reduces friction and stick-slip as much as possible. Co-efficient of friction in these stages is less than 0.002. With just 16 mm height, stage is compact enough for using in restricted space applications.
