Scanning Machine

A compact table top XY scanning system has been developed at Holmarc for NDT applications. The XY stage is driven by stepper motors and controlled through personal computer.

Large XY Scanning Machine

The 1 x 1meter XY stage has been developed by Holmarc for non-destructive testing of honeycomb panels by ultrasound technique. The source and detector head are fixed on carriage of the XY stage.

Six Axis Positioner for Wind Tunnel Experiment

Six axes automated positioning system was developed for positioning test object in front of the wind tunnel. Control of all six axes is carried out from a computer. Holmarc developed mechanics, electronics and software for this project.

Mechanical assembly for high power DPSS laser has been developed successfully at holmarc as per the design provided by our client. The laser assembly consisted of diodes arranged at 120 degree with custom developed clamping

M square meter assembly was developed by Holmarc for study of laser beam quality. In the system, CCD camera position is fixed where as the imaging lens is moved along the axis.

Fiber Drawing Station

The drawing station consisted of 3m high tower, IR heating chamber for preform, controlled linear feed for the preform, fiber pulling roller assembly, and winding drum on XY stage.

Filter scope assembly was developed for our client as per custom design for spectroscopic study. It consists of narrow band filters positioned in such a way that multiple reflections takes place in each of the filters.

Multi-Wavelength Solar Radiometer

The instrument makes continuous measurements of ground reaching directly transmitted solar flux at one or more narrow wavelength bands from which the columnar optical depth of the atmosphere can be estimated.

Vacuum Compatible 7 Axis Compact Mirror Mount

Holmarc has developed seven axes mirror positioning stage for applications in high vacuum atmosphere. The stage has manually adjusted kinematic mirror holder fixed to five axes motorized positioning stage.

UV Raman LIDAR System

The Raman Lidar (RL) is an active, ground-based laser remote sensing instrument. It makes measurements of both elastically and inelastically (Raman) scattered radiation at 354.7nm.
