Dip coating unit with infrared heater is the latest product of Holmarc in our section of “THIN FILM EQUIPMENTS” which is in fact a modification of our model HO-TH-O2 (Dip coating with hot chamber).In our earlier model the maximum substrate drying temperature that could be set was 75 degree Celsius. But our latest version not only overcomes the temperature limitation but also provides additional features that are really mind blowing. Its temperature can be raised to a maximum of 200 degree Celsius and the important factor is that it takes much lesser time to attain this temperature. The use of infrared heater provides uniform heating to the substrate and thus produces a much better quality thin film coating on it and that too in much lesser time. More over the programmable features like dip duration, dip speed, baking duration, withdrawal speed etc. and its user friendly keyboard & LCD monitor really adds to the package.
