GTSNDT Series

Our standard gantry stages are fixed with stepper motors for all the three axes. The stages can be supplied along with electronics and software for open loop drive as well. Stepper motors are selected depending on the axial and inertia load in the system. Our esteemed customers are requested to discuss application requirements with our engineers before finalizing the model. Cable drag chains and dust protection bellows can be provided where ever required. Limit switches (mechanical / optical) are fixed at both extreme ends of each stage for home and far end location.

Closed loop stepping system

Closed loop control options are available on all axes for precision positioning needs. The system uses an encoder attached to the stage or the motor which gives feed back of motion back to the controller. The closed loop control compensates loss of synchronization, for example, due to a sudden load change, eliminating missing step error, which is a typical drawback with open loop control.

SGTS Series

In this model, Y axis is cantilevered on X axis. This design provides free handling area for work loading.

► Re-circulating type ball-bearing slides and guide ways (RCMTS Series) are used for X & Y axis.
► Z axis can be either manual or motorized. Suitable stage can be selected from our standard models.
► Drive : by precision ground lead screws / ball screws and pre loaded nut.
► Actuator : Stepper motor.
