Holmarc classic 2D/3D Mastering station is intended to create forgery proof holograms. We have complete solution for creating 2D / 3D masters.

Facilities include diffraction grating texts / images, kinetic effects, flip-flop effects, focus image holograms, hidden texts, H1 - H2. The system includes optical tabletop, pneumatic isolated supports, photo resist plates, stepper driven X-Y stage for plates, optics, optomechanics etc. The system comprises Optical Tabletop, He Cd Laser, Air isolated Supports, Optics, Opto mechanics and all other necessary components for the manufacture of high security holograms.

Holmarc’s intensive six week training course ensures a complete understanding of the technology. Training begins with the setting up of the customer's facility. All training takes place on-location, which means the trainees learn on the same equipment they will be operating, not in an already functioning laboratory. Completed training leaves the customer with a fully functioning facility in which all operations conform to international standards involving workplace safety, and environmental impact.

All necessary equipment including the Holmarc Isolation Table, the HeCd Laser mount, posts, mounts, and optics are provided.

Two levels of training are available, and include: Basic Techniques - Includes training in the production of common diffraction patterns, 2D/3D, and 3D image originations. Included with training are complete laboratory setup and training in troubleshooting common problems. Training in basic techniques provides the customer with an operational facility capable of producing quality rainbow holograms for embossing.

Advanced Techniques include multiple-exposures, full color imaging, achromatic, and complex diffraction patterns. Training in advanced techniques requires either an operational laboratory facility or prior training in basic techniques.
