Holmarc's inspection microscopes are designed as a low magnification imaging device for quick inspection during research and manufacturing. Magnification is determined to be just enough to reveal those details not detectable with naked eye while still maintaining large field of view. Two standard models are manufactured by Holmarc with stereo vision and mono-vision. In both cases, objective lens assemblies can be replaced for higher magnification. Independently aligned polarizers are used to increase depth of view. High bright LED is used for illumination.

The microscope is solidly built with quality optics (achromatic glass objective) and is made simple to operate. Video Interfaced models are also available. These are ergonomically designed for modern lab conditions.
