TSV Series - In these stages, guide ways where balls or rollers rolls for linear motion is made from hardened alloy steel bar by precision grinding a V groove. Note that, in our standard TS series stages, alloy steel rods are used, four on each side, as guide ways. V grooved guide ways are considered superior than guide rods for load capacity under dynamic loading conditions. Better straight-line accuracy and repeatability can be expected from these stages using V- grooved guide ways. The stages are constructed out of aluminium alloy and finished by black anodizing as in the case of our standard TS series stages. |
