HO-PP-M300 Profile projectors are used to perform routine inspection tasks in electronic and electrical parts processing, plastics molding, tool grinding, and medical components manufacture. These Profile projectors are user and environment- friendly, providing good balance between optical performance, measuring accuracy, operability, and affordability. These Profile Projectors have multilayer coated telecentric projection lenses that provide high transmission with optimum contrast, suitable for viewing contours and doing surface inspection. The instrument magnifies and projects size and shape of a work piece on to its fine ground glass screen with precision. The screen has a 90 degree cross hair line and is fixed on a 360 degree rotating ring operated by knob. The rotating ring is graduated to 360 degree with a vernier resolution of 2 minutes.
Projection screen brightness is a decisive factor in how easy it is to use a profile projector. Our profile projector uses High Bright LED for both contour illumination and surface illumination; this allows the user to perform contour inspection and measurement without laboring under insufficient illumination conditions. The brightness can be varied continuously so that a work piece can be illuminated at the appropriate level according to its surface texture and color. |
