The HO-SP-3480 is a microprocessor controlled Visible Range Spectrophotometer covering the wavelength range of 340 to 800nm with 10nm bandwidth. The monochromator is of a Czerny Turner design, incorporating a stepper motor driven 1200 lines/mm holographic diffraction grating. It has full interfacing capability for Analog output and serial (RS232) interfacing.
Though this system is designed to operates in the wavelength range of 340 to 800 nm, special gratings and detectors are available for increasing the spectral range and efficiency. It uses blazed holographic grating as dispersive element and the optimized Czerny Turner-type Monochromator to reduce stray light, and widen the photometric range. Various accessories are available to address micro-volume samples and individual application requirements.
The amount of light passing through the tube is measured by a photometer. The photometer delivers a voltage signal to a processing unit. The signal changes |
