This Instrument is designed for imaging very small area from a distance of 200-2000mm. It allows microscopic imaging at a considerable distance from the object.

Our Telemicroscope has a built-in two cam focusing adjustment. This eliminate the complex focusing jobs. The magnification and field of view depend on the distance from the lens to object. Bringing the Telemicroscope as close as possible to the object will maximize magnification and give you the smallest field of view. We can also control the magnification by the zoom lens assembly. It offers appropriate selection of field of view within the working distance.

The unit is equipped with 480TVL resolution 1/4” camera. The camera is optimized for sensitivity and maximum possible magnification. It requires grabber card to connect with PC. We can provide USB 2.0 camera for easy integration with PC. General software is available for analyzing and measuring the obtained image.

The Telemicroscope includes a filter holder for infrared filters and plane polarizer. A rigid tripod is used for firmly positioning the Telemicroscope unit. It has vertical travel of approx.500mm by rack and pinion arrangement and the effective height can increased up to 2000mm. X-Y translation stage is provide for fine positioning with 25 mm travel in each direction (resolution of 10micron)

Telemicroscope can image a small area at unreachable places which cannot be measured with ordinary instruments. A typical application of the instrument is observing the sessile drops in furnaces. Another application is for temperature deformation studies of hot objects in the oven. The coaxial illumination in this unit helps for imaging the small parts at inaccessible areas which cannot be imaged by other methods.
