Disclosure of notes on shareholding pattern for company remarks explanatory Please note that in the previous submissions, the foreign ownership limit utilized inadvertently included NRINon-Repatriable shareholders. However, for the current reporting half-year, in accordance with Rule 2(s) of the FEMA Rules, 2019, the Foreign Investment reported excludes NRINon-Repatriable shareholders.
