Holmarc’s Programmable Triple Channel Laser Irradiation System is a precision-engineered platform designed for advanced research in photobiology, photochemistry, optogenetics, and related light-based experimental studies. The system consists of three integrated laser channels operating at 665 nm, 785 nm, and 850 nm, each fully programmable and independently controllable via a PC interface. It delivers uniform, collimated laser exposure across standard 96-well cell culture plates, enabling highly reproducible and quantitative irradiation for in-vitro studies. The platform supports precise control over laser power, wavelength, frequency, exposure time, delay, and custom irradiation sequences, allowing researchers to perform complex multi-wavelength experiments with repeatable accuracy. Enclosed within a rigid, light-tight housing, the system ensures safe operation in laboratory environments while maintaining ease of access for sample handling and experimental setup. This versatile setup is ideal for phototherapy studies, drug–light interaction experiments, optogenetic stimulation, photobiomodulation research, and photochemical reaction analysis.
