The HO-UVLS-365 UV Curing Lamp is a compact, efficient, and reliable UV LED curing solution designed for laboratory, industrial, and R&D applications. Operating at a 365 nm wavelength, it is ideal for curing UV-sensitive adhesives, coatings, inks, and resins that require precise and uniform UV exposure.

Equipped with three high-efficiency UV LEDs, each rated at 2.4 W electrical power, the lamp delivers stable and consistent UV output while maintaining low heat generation and long operational life. The LED-based design ensures instant ON / OFF operation, energy efficiency, and minimal maintenance compared to traditional UV lamps.

The system features a protective enclosure for safe operation and a built-in power supply, allowing simple plug-and-play use with standard 230 V, 50 Hz AC mains. The exposure area of 200 × 200 mm makes it suitable for curing medium-sized samples uniformly.

For enhanced process control, the lamp offers :

    Adjustable distance between the UV source and the sample, enabling optimization of curing intensity

    Front-panel intensity control knob, allowing easy adjustment of UV output to match material and process requirements
