The HRMS-7000 Series is a fully integrated Confocal Raman Microspectrometer engineered for high-resolution Raman, Photoluminescence (PL), and hyperspectral chemical imaging. Designed for multidisciplinary research, the system integrates a mirror-based spectrograph, precision confocal microscope, thermoelectrically cooled CCD detector, motorized stages, and advanced multivariate analysis software in a unified platform.
The HRMS-7000 delivers high-sensitivity Raman and Photoluminescence analysis with sub-micron spatial resolution. Built around a precision mirror-based spectrograph and integrated confocal microscope, it provides unmatched flexibility for material science, nanotechnology, semiconductors, polymers, forensics, and life sciences.
