The SPE 3000 series spectrophotometers offer high accurate measurement over wide range of sample. The Czerny turner monochromator design with high quality blazed holographic gratings offer low stray light and greater stability over the entire spectral range. The system is equipped with 7-inch touch screen which helps easy use of all the functions like wavelength scan, Photometric measurement etc. and saving the measurements. It comes with a replaceable sample holder for thin film coated glass slides & 10 mm path length cuvette holder for liquids. The 50 mm integrating sphere attachment helps for the spectral characterization of powder and other solid samples.

Integrating Sphere
Integrating Sphere attachment used for diffused reflection measurement of solid, powder and thin film samples. The Sphere size is 50 mm and sample por size is 15 mm. The BaSO4 premix coating gives high reflectivity from 200 nm to 1100 nm wavelength range. Quartz window type powder sample holder provided for safe handling of powder samples with integrating sphere. The High sensitive UV Silicon photodiode attached to the rear side of the Integrating sphere. Sample placement is made easy, irrespective of size from the topside of the sphere which does not require any addition sample holding adapters
