Holmarc’s motorized 2D transfer system Model HO-2DTS-TM-02BD is designed for the fabrication of high-quality 2D heterostructures and precisely controlled twisted layers. The system is equipped with a high-resolution trinocular microscope supporting both Brightfield and Darkfield observation, enabling real-time monitoring of the transfer process with excellent contrast and clarity.

The substrate is mounted on a vacuum-thermal chuck with temperature control from room temperature (RT) up to 200°C. The combination of stable vacuum holding and controlled heating supports reliable pick-up, clean release, and improved interfacial quality during the transfer process. The vacuum-thermal chuck is mounted on a motorized XYZ-θ stage (sample stage), ensuring precise positioning and alignment during the complex transfer operations.

A motorized XYZ stamping stage, combined with a manual tilting platform, enables accurate stamp placement and controlled contact with the substrate. With a total of nine high-precision motion axes, the system offers exceptional flexibility and alignment freedom for complex transfer operations. Both the sample stage (XYZ- θ) and stamping stage(XYZ) are equipped with linear encoders, ensuring high positional accuracy, excellent repeatability, and smooth, reliable motion control.

The system is operated through a user-friendly software with live measurement feature for the precise alignment, sample focusing, and microscope objective selection. For enhanced ease of use and intuitive operation, a dedicated joystick console is also provided.
